It's unbearable. The receive, send, and online lights will go off and on every minute or so and I wont be able to use the internet.
That definitely sounds like an annoyance. Just to be sure, you've tried removing the coaxial and power cables for 30 seconds and simplifying the coaxial connection from the wall to the modem (as in ensuring if possible that there's just one length of coaxial cable without any splitters)?
