"Not supported mode" flashes on tv screen after recently installing the gateway system. TV worked for a short periosd of time prior to this happening. Any suggestions on how to repair?
You can adjust the resolution settings of the portal by pressing menu and up on the front of the box for about 10 seconds. The front will change from displaying the time. You can then press the left arrow to switch between the video output options.
Out of curiosity is your TV a Samsung plasma?
It sounds like the resolution of the Portal was set to something that is outside of what the TV can handle. Was someone adjusting the resolution settings when this happened?
