Setting up a Ipad mini for email - SMTP

I FOLLOWED YOUR INSTRUCTIONS AND WHILE INCOMING MAIL SEEMS TO WORK JUST FINE, I CANNOT SEND ANY EMAILS. AFTER CHECKING ALL I DECIDED TO DELETE THE ACCOUNT AND START OVER. SAME RESULT. WHEN I TRY TO SEND AN EMAIL I GET THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE "CANNOT SEND MAIL  THE USER NAME OR PASSWORD FOR "SMTP:MCGINTY@MAIL.SHAW.CA" IS INCORRECT."
