shaw poor service

my TV has been down since Dec 18 and I can't get a service person to come and fix it. The telephone help desk has been very helpful, but think it must be due to the new HD filters installed. I live in Abbotsford, BC and according to the supervisor I spoke to many people are having the same problem.

12 days without even a service call scheduled is NOT good service
