My Caller ID hasn't been working since approximately Feb 3rd. All that comes up when the phone rings is " Incoming Call ". It happens for every single call on my home phone. I haven't changed my phones so I'm not sure what is wrong.
That could be a few issues but hopefully it will be an easy fix. The most likely issue is a little glitch on your phone itself. Unplug the power cable and the phone cable from the phone, or base stations if this is a cordless system, for one full minute then reconnect it. Normally that will fix an issue like that.
