A few days ago, I filled in the form on the Shaw website to inform them of a home move and the required moving of my services.
Haven't heard a single word from Shaw yet. I know it's the holidays, but I expected something.
Anyone have experience of this service in Vancouver and how long I can expect to:
1. Get a response at all.
2. Wait for an appointment to do the work.
I'm moving on the 10th and wondered if I'm going to be waiting ages after I move to get reconnected.
