Why are so many people having recoding problems with this pvr?
An issue has been identified with the DCX-3400M firmware causing some problems with recordings. A firmware update will be required to address this and right now our engineers are already testing a new firmware version which has been shown to correct the issue. We don't know exactly when that firmware is going to be released right now, and our engineers do not want to rush the release because we need to be careful that any new version does not introduce new problems. We will provide any new updates on when that firmware will be released on the Bulletins page, and when it is available the PVRs will go through an automatic update process.
Since this pvr recording problem has been happening now for a few months, will my account receive a credit for poor service?
Is that why the roll-out of the last firmware update for the DCX3400 was stopped?
