Error message on start up

We have the DCX3510-M box and spent an hour last night over the phone with Tech support because we lost a number of channels that had previously been working. The support person did a fair bit of remote troubleshooting and also indicated that something was changed in our account which was contributing to the problem. All the channels are now back, but since then we've been having other new problems. After finishing up with tech support last night, the HD Guide was unresponsive - couldn't scroll up, down, etc. Unplugging the box and plugging it back in seems to have fixed that issue for now. The other problem is that when we turn off the box for a while and turn it back on, we intermittently get the following error message pop up on the HD Guide:

 

An Error Has Occurred

No application focused, returning focus to last active application

 

Once the message is acknowledged it goes away and everything works fine. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?
