receiving an unauthorized access on one channel only on one pvr out of two. channel is part of package and have tried reboot of pvr and disconnected and reconnected coax cable and wont correct. any suggestions?
Which channel is it that is showing as 'not authorized' on one of your boxes?
The free preview to Food Network and Slice TV ended yesterday. Some customers are seeing 'not authorized' on them now. But we will are preparing a refresh that should restore them for customers who are subscribed to them.
