We have "no ip" on our pvr box. Earlier today we were talking to customer service for over an hour as they were trying to figure out why the 'entertainment 2' package we wanted to get yesterday and never showed up on our channels. They tried for a long time doing different things but in the end it worked. However not long after this 'no ip' message popped up. I have reset the box, unplugged it, unplugged the wires in back, and nothing. Can you reset this on your end to fix it?
