received an email from Shaw informing that my account is nearly full and that I should change my account to "delete from the server" but I can't figure out how to....

I do not have the "Remove" option that your screenshot shows....
Hi taflynn. I would recommend logging into Shaw Webmail and deleting all of the larger emails. If you look at them by size, you might notice that there are a number of them that contain photos and videos. You'll find that 10-20 MB emails can easily start to fill up an inbox or sent folder.
Also while logged in, make sure that the trash is emptied. Emails in your trash still count towards your total until the trash has been deleted.
Of course, before you delete the emails, you might want to save the photos and videos to your phone or computer first.
