Second time this week error 16525 VOD won't play is this going to be an ongoing problem?

I'll take a look into this for you. Is that error coming up when initially connecting to VOD, or when placing an order? If it's when placing an order - is that for all orders or only certain titles?
I was able to get more information on this - confirmed as a known issue at our end affecting VOD service in your area. We're working on it as we speak and should have it resolved soon.
It comes up when I try and order a episode in Shomi just checked normal VOD seems to be working.

Edit: Looks like some specific content may not be working currently, I'll see if we can get an update on this. Can you try another title to see what happens?
Edit #2: The area maintenance appears to be completely resolved that was affecting the other specific content, please test the same titles again - they should work now.
