Shaw installed a new Cisco modem last week and the Canon MX922 wireless printer has not worked since. It says "printer not responding" and "to check the settings on the access point". How?
Assuming that you're using the Cisco in wireless mode (so just using the Cisco and not a third-party wireless router), you would have needed to update the printer to connect to your new network (unless the network name, password and encryption type are identical).
It looks like there is a specific guide for your printer, for getting it reconnected after a router or network change (how nice, right?) and you can find it here: http://www.usa.canon.com/CUSA/assets/app/pdf/wireless/Router_change_MX922_win.pdf
Make sure to skip using WPS as the guide suggests. If you're not 100% sure what your network name or your password are for your Cisco, assuming they weren't changed from the defaults, they will be on a sticker on the modem (the network name may be listed as the SSID and the password will be the modem's serial number).
Hope this helps, but let me know if you're having any trouble.
