Once again Kudos to Shaw's techs.

We have been having continuing problems with our Gateway system first it was my cable connection( Cable replaced), then one of our portal started giving problem(replaced) then the system total was freezing. Tech came today & checked all lines & then replaced the main gateway unit.  To early to be able to tell if problem solved, but I want to repeat my previous post that these techs are just the best there are.
