We have been receiving spam calls (only ever rings twice, and connection dropped if picked up on first ring) since we moved from Telus to Shaw. It is never the same number twice and we consistently get 2-4 calls in a 24 hour period, with 2-3 being between 11pm and 6am. Here are some of the numbers:
The number never repeats, and no one is ever on the line, and it only ever rings twice. I would suspect the numbers are spoofed.
My question is, does anyone else have this? Is this a Shaw issue? I never had this with Telus.
I would use the do not disturb feature if there was an automated way to set/start stop times, but manually every night - it will be forgotten in the morning. I am just about ready to ditch landline phone and only go with our cell phone...
