I have to done everything that the online support says to do ... and still I get "authorization failed" ... I live in Langley.. are there more outages going on out here tonight?
Are you seeing this on every channel? If you have more then one digital box, check those as well to see if they are also showing the same thing. If you have already tried pulling power out for 2 minutes to let the box reset and still getting this message, then we can look into this further.
