I see Shaw is imposing a solution to a problem that doesn't exist.   I am led to believe that I am now going to have to purchase several boxes for the tvs in my home, so that I can receive the service that I already receive.   I have been with Shaw for decades because I have been able to put up with the nickel and diming on my account every other month.   This new way for Shaw to raise money---getting me to buy several boxes, might be the signal to go elsewhere for tv.  How am I supposed to put a box on my kitchen countertop to so I can receive a signal?   You may wish to consult with your customers before you come up with this stuff.  Imposing a solution on us is not the best customer service I can think of.
