First, I've been trying on and off for a year now, (yes, a bit lazy) to get my smart tv hooked up to my home system wireless. When I get to the part where it asks for: Wireless Router security key and Subnet mask, (what's that, Shaw doesn't even know), I'm lost. Where I bought the TV, (Atlas), they say it's my internet provider, so I phoned Shaw today. They have no idea what's wrong or going on. Maybe I don't explain myself clearly. Any ideas?
