my smart tv's won't connect to netflicks on upper and lower levels. works fine on main floor where the wireless router is.
It sounds like your wireless signal isn't strong enough to provide sufficient
bandwidth required by Netflix to stream video. Maybe try changing wireless broadcast channel?
Or relocating where the modem is located?
