Im trying tomake an account to access my bill, but it keeps repeating that I do not have the correct postal code when I do, im not sure what to do?
Does your printed bill, have a different postal code than your actual postal code?
Have you tried both with a space and without a space after the first 3 characters?
For example: A1B 2C3 and A1B2C3
Have you been able to create a Cusotmer Centre profile, at http://secure.shaw.ca? Please let me know if you're still getting that message stating the postal code does not match, as I'd be happy to help out.
Also, many of our customers have two postal codes: one for the street address where we provide services, another for the PO box where they pick up their mail. The postal code for your Shaw account will be for the street address.
We get postal codes from Canada Post itself. One way to confirm your postal code is by entering your address at http://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/fpc/personal/findByCity?execution=e1s1
It's also possible that the postal code for your address changed from when the house was built. As a result, we might have an old postal code on your account. Best way to find out is to check your monthly bill.
