Why I have a limited access to the internet connection in our house?
You're not getting internet access,
Are you using the Shaw modem/router combo unit? Or your own wireless router?
Start by powercycling the WiFi router, then reboot your computer, see if that helps.
Were you able to get this problem resolved? If not, can you please provide more information on your setup including whether your connection is wireless or wired, and if wireless whether you are using an all-in-one modem/router provided by Shaw or if you have self-connected a wireless router.
