Since New Years Day my Blackberry is not picking up messages from my Shaw email accounts?
Do you have your email configured in an email program on a computer (or on any other mobile devices or phones)? If so, it is possible that emails are being deleted from the server after being downloaded to your computer, and for this reason your when your Blackberry checks for new email, there is nothing for it to download. This can be resolved by changing a setting within your email program to leave a copy of emails on the server. To provide further information, we'll need to know what email program you are using.
