How to improve closed captioning on Shaw on Demand movies??

I have converted to the digital movies within the Shaw cable system.  The quality of captioning seems to be worse in Shaw on Demand than on the DVDs or BLu-Rays.   Some movies do not display the captioning at all - what a waste of my time to call to complain for $$ back.   Some movies have captions that are delayed or go by too quickly or is out of sequence with scenes.

THe irony is that when I watch regular tv programs on any channel, the captioning is great 95% of the time.

i would like to enjoy a good movie experience with good - preferably "great" - quality in captioning rather than being frustrated or concentrate on both lip reading with poor captioning.

RIght now, I am watching the Halo 4 movie and closed captioning is rated 1 out of 10 sorry to say.

Any tips or advice would be great!
