I have broadband 100 and Im getting speeds of 3 - 4 Mbps, tech support confirmed it was due to low signal coming into our place. The culprit for these low speeds is due to a cable box in our back lane. It has been opened and remains open, they want to send a technician to our place, but it would make more sense to send a truck out and secure the cable box. This is a safety hazard and should be dealt with asap, but they said they will send a technician to our place in a couple of weeks. This issue was called in a week ago and still no resolve, this is ridiculous!!!
