We have been noticing "no Audio" at times, especially if we record a movie or program.
It's been going on since Oct 2012. This morning, channel 211 was especially bad.
We have 4 boxes, 2 that have PVR recording capabilities. MOSTLY watch channels 200 and higher,
although. Fox channel 142 also has occasional audio loss.
It doesn't matter which PVR box we record to, occasionally the audio is missing for a few seconds.
During the missing Audio, the Video portion flickers a bit. (indicating an interference or loss of signal)
We are wondering if you are experiencing transmission issues in our area?
We are wondering if the Load (customer usage) has gotten higher in our area, therefore, Shaw can't handle the load?
We haven't changed our cables or equipment at the house, so not sure if we have a Sync issue or not?
