I recently had a Shaw Gateway + 3 Portals set up in my home. For the most part it seems to work fine, but I often get a message on my screen that says I'm "not subscribed for this channel" or something like that. The problem is this shows on every single channel that I AM subscribed for, except for the music channels. This message will show on all 3 TV's in my house. To fix the issue I've just unplugged the Gateway and plugged it back in and after a few minutes everything works fine. However, I don't think I should have to do this. Any suggestion on how to fix this issue?
