Since this morning I have no phone line. No lights on the modem either. My issue has been looked by Chris today. No resolution yet
No lights on the modem would indicate no power...
Check the power cable, that it is plugged into the wall, and the modem,
Then try something else in that outlet to make sure it has power - electric razor, small kitchen applicance, lamp, radio, just anything that plugs in
when I have said no lights on modem I was not correct - power light on, standby on and baterry light on. The telephone light was off. That is what I've meant.
Reboot all and the telephone line came in.

I'll take a look for you - could you advise if the power cord is secure to the phone modem terminal? Check both ends perhaps even unplug and reconnect it.
