I Am attempting to use the shaw on demand app, but my account number isn't accepted. My account # begins with a 2, not a 0 as the error msg says it should. Am I to use an account # other than my shawdirect # ?
At this time, the app is actually just for Shaw Cable customers, not Shaw Direct customers. We'll definitely let satellite customers know if the app is ever launched for Shaw Direct On Demand.

YEs I am, but I am given the option to sign in deter my shaw direct credentials, instead of with a shaw email address or customer centre id
