How can I retrieve a deleted message
Voicemails are stored for 14 days. At the end of that time, unless you "save" it for a further 14 days, they expire and can no longer be accessed.
But it is possible that even though you don't have access to it that we can't get onto the back end and retrieve it for you. No promises that I can get it back for you but I can look on the server for you.
I've sent you a private message. If you could respond to it with your name, Shaw phone number, and information about the message, I can see what I can do.
[edit: I would also recommend setting up "voicemail to email" so that all incoming voicemails are converted to MP3 and sent to your email address. More info at My Shaw Home Phone features ]
