I only have internet provided by shaw and would like to be able to pay my bill online. In order to make a customer centre id the site keeps asking for my phone number and there is no way I can find around this.
kevinds is correct, when registering a Customer Centre ID you will be asked to enter your phone number and this will be any phone number you provided when we set up your account (not necessarily a Shaw phone number). If you have no phone number at all, we would need to create a user ID and password for you as you will be unable to self-register without a phone number. If this is the case and you don't have a phone number, please reply to let us know so that we can set you up with a Customer Centre ID.
You tried your home number and/or your cell numbers?
Its an account profile phone number, not necessarly a Shaw provided telephone number.
