I've been seeing around the internet that Shaw has sold out their Hamilton services to Rogers. Is this true?

If so, what an absolute disgrace this is. Shaw first buys up Hamilton's own Mountain Cablevision, which was a fantastic provider with great support and unlimited monthly transfer. Admittedly Shaw began offering greater speeds at the cost of far more hiccups in the service and now they've gone and sold out to Rogers? The equivalent internet with Rogers costs $172/month. This is absolutely outrageous if it turns out to be true.
