Can anyone tell me where I can find Shaw's policy on suspending service while on vacation. I recently suspended service for 7 weeks only to find that after service had been resumed the rates of certain services had been increased .(eg Best of HD increased from $20.00 to $35.00 and Personal TV + High Speed 10 from $59.90 to $84.90). This was not pointed out to us when we requested the suspension and I can't seem to find any reference to this policy in Shaw's fine print. If we had known the consequences of suspending service in advance we would not have done it.
