All of my emails on webmail are pushed to my IPad but not to my computer at the same time. Only some and slower.

Are you still having trouble with your email there?
A couple things come to mind here as possible solutions. First, you'd want to be sure that your iPad is set to leave copies of the emails it receives on the server, that way they will all still be available to be received on your computer as well. To be clear, you'd want to have the option to remove emails unchecked.
The second thing that could be causing the problem is that there's software on your computer which is filtering the emails coming through to it. Antivirus/Antispam software for example. You could try disabling any spam filters running on the computer and see if that helps.
