Shaw webmail 6.0 booting off employee, repeatedly

I have an employee who is getting booted off of Shaw webmail 6.0 repeatedly, or it won't let her connect at all, saying incorrect password. Both of those things occur (?!)
Works fine from my computer. She has tried it from two computers.

One location is her home computer and I don't wish to go to her house to run a virus scan.... please tell me its something else....
