Will Shaw switch to standard time soon ,? Channel display # and TV programming is annoyingly still on DST , Some one forgot to change the clock /\
The time on the boxes should have adjusted along with the time change unless the box is having trouble communicating with our server. It may be worth unplugging and plugging the box back in to see if it will refresh. If it doesn't, let us know and we can get your account information and see if we can see what's up there.
Does not work. Tried it twice last night , time off 10 min , time was reset at 1hr30min DST instead of 1hr .
This morning TV on show another reset of 1hr DST same as before .

Twice before since Sunday15 March tried to contact Shaw by phone , waiting time way past 45 min and left by Phone number , Shaw never called me back .
I do apologise for that, normally when you leave your number with the system it will contact you back automatically if the lines are busy. I'll have them look into it on our end and see if there are any issues with the phone system recently.
You should now have the direct message to reply to separately from here, where I'll be able to take a look at the boxes and see what's up.
I got your e-mail along with over 6 more from different sources, I don't know how your system works but I like one on one to solve a problem. this is getting time consuming .
Along with your e-mail requesting my account # I end up sending it o a"No reply" address .
So we got to start all over again and I expect only one e-mail to reply to .
