having trouble with my black box..after rebooting, disconnecting and reconnecting the coax cables and repeating all these steps, my tv still says "no media device"...whats up ??

To add to the confusion (as Arris had acquired Motorola), some of our Motorola equipment will have Arris branding. Can you please let us know, if it's the Gateway System that you have, or one of the newer HD Guide boxes that is experiencing the issue? Presuming that you are referring to the Gateway system, is this happening on all Portals in home or a specific one?
