Hi, my box has poor signal on some channels, and works good on other channels, so I ruled out the box being bad or the cables or the dish.... It seems like a configuration issue. It's been a problem for some time.
You mentioned that you have a dish there. Can you please confirm whether you're using Shaw Direct satellite service, or Shaw Cable?
