My portal has been at the same time for 6 hours. I have reset my system and no change. Any suggestions?
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your portal showing the wrong time. Is this affecting all portals, or just one? I would also like to clarify what you mean when you say you reset the system. Did you power cycle the Gateway, or just the portal? Or did you try doing a reset using the steps here? How to reset your Shaw Gateway

Can you Tell us what lights are shown on the gateway? The gateway needs to be connected to the backend for the Portal to correctly sync up the time. If the modem on the gateway isn't up, this is likely why you are seeing the wrong time.
