Authorization failed. . . no channels ??
Have you tried unplugging the power on the box for a minute or so? If you haven't, please give that a try and let us know if it does not resolve the issue.

Thanks! Do you have more than one cable box? If so, is this message appearing on multiple boxes or just one? Is it on all channels or just a few?
We have 2 boxes . . the other is fine. . the problem is with all the channels.
