Expensive TV

We are loyal to Shaw because their customer service has been great AND we can suspend service when we leave Canada for five months every year which is a tremendous savings. However,  we are not stupid and know full well that we are not receiving value for money in the bundles of which we have TV, Internet and phone. It is sickening how little there is in the Personal Plan which is all we will pay for. We used to pay for a larger TV selection, but our monthly bills were around $160 and for what we got, we decided to "suck it up." We now use BBC IPlayer at $6.99 a month and stream other content on our computers.


I wish Shaw would recognize the frustration their customers feel and be more liberal with how they bundle their programs.
