Seems to just take you to the regular chat with the form filled in. Does it still get priority? I've found it very handy.

We recently upgraded to a different chat program, so the landing page you are seeing when you access Shaw Friends chat may look a bit different. However, it still has priority over the regular customer chat portal, and also opens an hour earlier. When you click on the link from My Account, it should auto-populate your information so you don't have to fill it out. You can also tell based on the url and subject line that it is the concierge chat.
