OK here we go again. Been through a few times over the last month. After getting all the cables redone and checked from the Shaw service people, told we have a strong signal coming into the house. Now what??? Woke up this morning to see once agin NO IP. Did the reboot a few times ,does not work. We have two boxes model DCX3510-M. Please check your end again, and you should have all information by now. The second box is still on line but super super slow.
