Service down again

On the 3510 - At 10pm Pacific time in surrey, BC, watching a recorded show and it just froze.  The 2 recordings I had going on both stopped recording.  My cable is down completely although the guide is still showing.  it is now 10:15 and still down and my recordings have not restarted

Got a brand new error message - "No application focused, returning focus to last active application".

Why does this always seem to happen late night on the weekend????

Getting on my last nerve with your service and this box!!!!
