What to do when "Authorization failed" message is received ?

Sorry I did not reply earlier, but events here interfered with my TV usage . The "NOT AUTHORIZED" message appeared on the TV screen and not on the box. The channel and programs appear on the menu. Technical assistance with this would be appreciated as my wife is suggesting we go back to Bell, where we still have a credit balance in our account and she never faced such a complication.

I have that problem too. My guide only has 5 channels on it now too. Reboot didn't work
Sorry to hear you have this error on your tv right now. Are you using a splitter? Can you try unplugging the power for 30 seconds while checking the coax cable connections to the box, outlet and splitter (if you have one) to make sure everything is tight? After checking the cables you can plug it back in and test to see if the issue has been resolved. Let us know if it isn't. Thanks!
