how do you get a new remote? This things not very old, and already totally worn out!

We apologize for the delay in response! It appears we had missed this thread. Are you still experiencing issues with your Shaw remote? If so, please try replacing the batteries in it, and reprogramming it and let us know if that does the trick.
hahahha, it's not the batteries. the remote itself is worn out, a lot of the buttons barely work anymore.
