We have been pretty happy with our Gateway system since we came over from Telus a few months ago. imagine our surprise when we learned that we won't have a tech out for 2 weeks To look at our failed Gateway system. Our appointment is 14 days from when the Gateway malfunctioned - totally unacceptable.
None of the 3 portals work and we cannot access our recorded shows or movies. We have cable coming into the house - internet and phone work well. I replaced the 4 month old cables as instructed and have rebooted countless times. All we get is a blank screen. The online guy rebooted from his end but no joy there as well.
So now we wait.
