still having issues with the TV responding super slow,been four days in a row now. the box funtions were restored late afternoon yesterday ,then it worked fine.
as in the past NO IP for the last three months of a pain in the butt, just wondering if this will ever get fixed and if it can't let us know so we can get another provider that will work. been with shaw for over 30 years .
have had three service calls so far., cable changed in and out of the home. was told we have a good signal. so could someone please fix this. We get the same run around when we talk to someone at shaw on the phone.
