I tried pushing the power button on the remote for 30 seconds and rebooting it twice, but nothing happens when I try to change channels.
I do see one channel on the tv, but cant see recordings or change channels.
Apologize for the delay in our reply merryshari , and sorry to hear about the issue that you are experiencing. Have you tried changing batteries yet with the remote? If so, and the remote is still not working properly, try reprogramming the remote.
