How to disable specific MAC addresses at certain times on Hitron CGNM-2250?

I see in the management interface of the Hitron modem that you can "manage" specific MAC addresses at certain times. Unfortunately, the setup for this feature is really limited.

 

You can choose specific days. You can also choose a start and end time. Unfortunately, the start time MUST be earlier than the end time. This is kind of pointless if you want to disable your kids tablet from 9pm to 8am.

 

Am I missing something? Is it possible to disable specific devices so that they only work during the day and not at night?

 

As soon as this feature is available I can kiss my external router goodbye and stop fussing around with IP Passthrough on the Hitron.
