I just noticed there's an LED segment missing on the front display of my 3510.
Can I return the unit to Shaw or is this an issue? I am currently renting this unit so I don't know if the warranty is up.
If you are renting just call in to tech support. Tell them that the LED is burned out and they'll either book a service call to have a tech out or can always OK a swap.
Did it go out suddenly?
dwilson92 is correct, as any reset to it would only fix software related glitches. This looks to be a hardware fault, so I would like to arrange for a technician for you. Yeah, I'd rather just see if I can bring it in to a retail store. I noticed it today, it wasn't like this yesterday (or so I remember).
